Hi there, my name is Kevin Cross, founder of CrossWash Mobile Detailing. It seems you were interested enough about the details to click on this page so let me tell you how my love for Mobile Detailing started.

It all started when I was in high school when I was 17 approaching 18, a young buck. ( still am, I was just a younger buck at this time.) And I was I was searching for ideas to start a new business, because at the time I had just thrown in the towel on my shoe reselling business due to the shoe market slowing down the drain.

While I was thinking of services I can provide for my people of The Inland Empire, I had just remembered I cleaned my brothers car probably a week or a month earlier and it sold to the first customer who came and had taken a look at it, so I thought to myself, maybe I can start a detailing business? I soon started to look up tons of videos on how to detail and this and that, and soon with enough hustle, I booked my first Detail on an app called Nextdoor that puts you or your business on a map in your neighborhood that everyone has on the app.

So, I get to my first detail and lets just say, I got thrown into the deep water. It was possibly one of the worst details a beginner detailer could encounter, why you ask? Dog dog hair and I mean a lot of it stuck in subaru’s stubborn carpet, and all I had was a dog hair scrapper for carpet, and my rigid vacuum that I both still use till this day. All in All, It took me around 8 hours to complete that Full Detail. ( No need to worry, I’ve gotten much faster ;) ) But once I saw the look on the customers face and heard the comment “This thing looks brand new!” I knew this detailing thing would be for me. Since then, over the years we have gotten much better and faster with our processes, as well as upgrading our equipment, chemicals, and knowledge about Mobile Detailing ensuring that if you have a question or a need, we can get it done for you.

And of course, Customer Satisfaction is my number 1 priority here at CrossWash Mobile Detailing, now, as there is only one person who handles all the calls, bookings, socials, and etc, which is me, Kevin Cross. I do try my best to get back to everyone as fast as possible while serving my customers or running our day to day business operations so therefor, Thank you everyone for your patience.
